NEED MORE CASH

I didn't buy tickets to listen to other people sing Johnny Cash's songs. There is so much footage of him singing.....I wanted to hear more Johnny Cash not imitation.

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE.

Love the Genesse theater, not the so called show. Saw old worn out videos.. anticipated a JC tribute artist would come out and sing but no. We bought 6 tickets as Christmas gifts for $50 each.. for what? So disappointed. People left during the show. Just not theater quality so we felt ripped off. Never had this problem at Genesse until this show.

CASH WAS TRASH

Had high hopes but this might have been the worst thing I’ve ever paid money to see. People were leaving the venue in droves at intermission!

JOHNNY CASH THE OFFICIAL CONCERT EXPERIENCE

What a joke! Please don't waste your money. This was the saddest excuse for a live show and supposedly concert I have ever wasted my money on. After a few songs, I just wanted them to STOP, the singing was so bad. the few clips of Johnny Cash were poorly done, multiple video hangups. You'd do better just You-tubing it. After intermission, half of the folks didn't come back...I wish I hadn't!

JOHNNY CASH CONCERT TOUR

Saw the show in Kansas City, I was equally disappointed in the show as the reviews in Chicago, very poorly done & very disappointed

CAN I HAVE MY 2 HOURS BACK?

Suffice it to say, the best part of the show was betting the stranger next to me that whoever spotted someone asleep in the audience first would win $10. No chemistry. Bad video editing.

WALKING OUT OF THE THEATER MID-SHOW NOW

Dear God I wish I’d read these reviews before wasting $90 on a ticket. Here’s an idea…if you’re going to try to emulate Johnny Cash onstage, maybe you should sound like him? Maybe you should remember the words to the songs? Maybe the guitars should be in tune, or you should be in tune yourself? Maybe the production crew should monitor the microphones so you can hear whichever singer is singing lead? Maybe the singers should actually be able to pronounce the words? Maybe the guy covering Johnny should actually have a deep voice? Here’s a crazy idea…maybe wear black?…like there was REALLY that little thought put into this show that was a series of horrible narrative video clips from John Cash Jr., not just mediocre—but truly BAD singing, and video clips of Johnny full of technical glitches with no connection to what was on stage! DISRESPECTFUL TO ONE OF THE DEEPEST MUSICAL SOULS OFVTHE 20th CENTURY, SHAME ON whomever’s making money off this tragedy.

DO NO BUY THESE TICKETS

I saw this this week...wished I would have read these reviews.. unfortunately they are the....worse show I've ever seen...can't be any worse!

1.0 star rating Jackie from Wheeling

JOHNNY CASH, THE OFFICIAL CONCERT, EXPERIENCE,

I have gone to Broadway shows for years I have season tickets and this was one of the worst shows I’ve seen. They could have at least had actors and actresses to look or sound like Johnny Cash and Rosalyn Carter to tell their story. It shows Johnny Cash up on the screen playing music and it’s the same tone. The son of Johnny Cash talks about their life but it’s boring. They should’ve paid me to sit through it.
