He was good but I wouldn't go to another show
I went into this Charleston SC show (6/21) thinking his entire gig was interacting with people and calling them out like you see on the videos on social media. He had three or four opening acts before he came on stage. He was good but very little interaction with the crowd. One guy in particular did not want to play along AT ALL. It was painful to watch the guy resist to play along. Why the heck did he buy the high priced floor seats if he didn't want to play along??? BTW, his outfit was begging to be called out. Anyway, Matt was good, we laughed but I expected something a little different. Definitely not worth $499 for two tickets but at least I got to see him and had an enjoyable night out. ... Read more
